A Nurturing Approach to Your Child’s Growth

Our approach to day care is a bit different than other facilities. Everything in our facility is designed to engage
children, providing them plenty of space along with stimulation and secure interaction.
Whether learning to move their bodies or involved in interactive play with others,
the children at our day care center are given the encouragement and support needed to grow.

Infants (6-Weeks to 15-Months)

Babies need plenty of rest as well as affectionate care. With a one to four infant to care giver ratio, your baby is sure to receive all the needed attention.

Toddlers & Preschoolers (16 months to 3 Years)

Exploring is important for a toddler, as well as learning the english language.  At R House Child Care , we provide the encouragement and support needed for toddlers to gain independence and interactions.  Preschoolers love to learn.  They are like sponges that absorb everything that is around them.  Giving them a positive environment is key.  Self reliance is so important in building their self confidence.  We teach them to do things for themselves..... Shoes, coats, hats, gloves, washing their hands, serving themselves food and eating.  We also believe making mistakes is crucial to their problem solving skills.  We utilize positive discipline, using positive verbiage rather than negative, but we also allow them to figure out what sort of outcome or consequence takes place regarding any choice; positive or negative.
